Why we do it 💡
Facing big life moments unprepared is like writing an exam without studying. It’s stressful, expensive and a one way ticket to failing. All this is totally avoidable if we just show up to adulthood better educated. Simple.

Our co-founder story 👩🏽⚖️💁🏼♀️
Like true millennials, we met on Instagram. Claire’s mom had recently asked “what happens if dad dies before me?”; Sinal's mom had recently died of cancer. Big life questions were being asked. Bigger life stuff was happening. Not just for us but for the people we love. We tried to find out where everyone was learning to adult… and came back more overwhelmed than ever before 🤷🏽♀️. So, with Sinal’s background in law and Claire’s background in design, we created life.file: a friendly place for us people to learn how to face life’s really big moments like real grownups.
